Beauty in Context: Seeing and Making in Place and Space

Join This Humid House and Wagner Kreusch this Fall in Paris on a deep delve into all the ways context informs their approach to working with plants, flowers, fruit and vegetables.

With a studio space in the heart of the Marais as a base of exploration, this three-day workshop is designed to encourage discovery and experimentation with a programme that includes a garden or market visit, demonstrations, topical lectures and, of course, individual and group creative making sessions at a variety of scales with seasonal botanical material and produce.

"Beauty in Context" concludes with a dinner experience styled by participants in collaboration with food performance artist "Manger Manger." Workshop fees cover lunch on day 1 and 2, as well as dinner on Day 3. All necessary tools and materials will be provided. Workshop fees are 3,000 Euros per person with VAT included, and non-refundable upon purchase. Though the position is transferable if the purchaser is unable to attend, the person attending must be the same throughout the duration of the programme.
