THH X SAISON FLEURIE WORKSHOP IN SEOUL, KOREA – CHANCE: Embracing Possibilities in Botanical Art

SEOUL, 27—28 NOVEMBER 2024

This Humid House (THH) and Saison Fleurie (@saison_fleurie) proudly present CHANCE, a 2-day experimental botanical art workshop in Seoul on 27 and 28 November.

Join us for a two-day intensive workshop in Seoul this September, where participants are guided through experimental processes in the creation of botanical art. This workshop encourages everyone to let go of perfectionism and preconceived notions of the final product, trusting instead in the creative journey.

Through a series of thoughtfully designed exercises, participants will discover the thrill of spontaneity, the beauty of happy accidents, and the unexpected delight of collaboration. They’ll engage in creative processes where the outcome is unknown and influenced by chance, accidents, and the contributions of others. Participants will work on both individual and group projects, ranging from small assemblages to larger-scale installations.

Whether a seasoned florist or a curious beginner, this workshop welcomes anyone looking to explore the potential of creating with plants and flowers. No prior experience is needed! 

The workshop will be led by John Lim, Founder and Creative Director of This Humid House with assistance from designers from This Humid House and Saison Fleurie. The workshop will be conducted in English with Korean translation.
